Frontline industries are grappling with high turnover and disengagement, particularly with Gen Z in the workforce, who value flexibility and financial transparency. In reality, many frontline employees lack financial visibility and flexibility, leading to dissatisfaction and frequent job changes.
All Gravy comes in to change this with an employee-first platform that enhances financial wellness, makes shift management seamless, and improves engagement — helping businesses retain staff more effectively.
The company has strong traction, with high user engagement that proves its real value. Having an extremely successful UK launch, All Gravy has perfect timing and a clear path for international growth.
Behind it all we recognized a driven and ambitious team. While this is their first venture, the founders have shown they know how to execute and bring their vision to life. Their connection to the industry runs deep, giving them a real understanding of the challenges frontline workers face. With the strong team they built we’re confident All Gravy is ready for the next phase of growth.
